This Privacy Policy explains how CEO Mode ("we," "us") collects, uses, and protects your information when you visit ceomode.io or subscribe to our email list.

What we collect

• Email address — when you voluntarily subscribe through a form on this site.
• Your CEO Mode Diagnostic results — if you complete the Diagnostic and then choose to enter your email, we store the results alongside your address: your overall score, your score band, the module you scored lowest in, your willingness score, and your quadrant. These are your own self-reported answers about how your business operates. You can take the Diagnostic and see your full result without giving us an email address at all — nothing is stored unless you enter one.
• Basic technical data — our hosting and email providers automatically process standard technical information (such as IP address, browser type, and pages viewed) to deliver the site securely and measure aggregate performance.

We do not use advertising trackers, sell personal information, or run third-party ad networks on this site.

What we never collect — your clients' data

CEO Mode does not receive, request, or store any of your customers' information. Not policy data, not client lists, not exports from your CRM or agency management system. There is no integration that reaches into your systems and no step in our process that asks you to upload customer records.

This is a deliberate design constraint, not a policy preference. Everything we build runs on structure and on figures you already know about your own business — counts, percentages, and timings — never on the people behind them.

How we use your information

• To send you the emails you signed up for — early-access updates, product announcements, and material relevant to what your Diagnostic showed.
• To operate, secure, and improve this website.

Who processes your data

We use a small number of service providers to run this site: Cloudflare (hosting, DNS, and security) and Kit (email list management). Your email address is stored with Kit and processed under their privacy terms. We do not share your information with anyone else except as required by law.

Unsubscribing

Every email we send includes a one-click unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing removes you from future sends immediately. You can also email us at hello@ceomode.io and we'll remove you manually.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (including under GDPR and the California Consumer Privacy Act), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict the use of your personal information. To exercise any of these rights, email hello@ceomode.io. We honor all verified requests.

Data retention

We keep your email address for as long as you remain subscribed. If you unsubscribe, your address is suppressed from future sends and deleted from our active list.

Children

This site is intended for business owners and is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes

If we make material changes to this policy, we will update this page and revise the date above.
